Review the Methods for the Speed Sensor-less Control of Induction Motor

This paper analyzes theoretical points of the implementation for high performance control of induction motor without speed sensor. After that,typical approaches of the control strategy, which are used in practical products or are being developed recently, are presented and the characteristic of each approach is discussed.Finally,some unsolved problems being researched as well as the developing potentials are introduced.
