摘    要:阐述了基于虚拟仪器的在线振动监测系统的基本组成、实现方法和功能,采用PXI总线仪器和Lab-VIEW可视化的虚拟仪器系统开发平台,把传统仪器的所有功能模块集成在一台计算机中,用户可以通过修改虚拟仪器的软件来改变它的功能与规模.该系统实现了水电机组的振动信号的自动采集,并能通过计算机进行振动信号的处理和分析.

Abstract:The basic components, realization methods and functions of the hydroelectric generating set on-line vibration monitoring system based on virtual instruments are introduced. It uses PXI instrument and LabVIEW which is a visual virtual instruments system develop platform to implement all function modules of the traditional instrument in a computer. Users may change its functions and scale by modifying the software. This system can carry out automatic date acquisition of vibration signals of the hydroelectric generating set, and date processing and analyzing by computer.
