| 摘 要： | 介绍了PLC和POD在钢板预处理线中的应用,实现对预处理线多种规格的钢板表面的抛丸除锈、喷漆烘干等功能.由于采用富士UG221H-LR4 POD,可与PLC、温控仪及变频器通讯,可用于数据给定、运行监控、报警显示.系统具有安全可靠、高效平稳、功能完善、操作维修简便等优点,在工厂自动化中取得了显著的经济效益.

| Abstract: | The application of PLC and POD in forward treat line of the steel plate was introduced,the functions of shot derusting,spraying & drying of many kinds of steel plate in forward treat line were realized.Fuji UG221H-LR4 POD is used,which can communicate with PLC,temperature control meter,converters,and can used with data give,run control and alarm display.This system has advantages of safety,reliability,perfect function,convenience operation and gains remarkable economy benefit. |
