摘    要:针对某水厂的实际工况及控制性能要求,采用PROFIBUS现场总线技术构成测控网络,采用SINAUT无线通讯装置进行远程信息交换,设计了远程供水频调速控制系统。在新方案中提出了一种并联水泵变压变流量运行的优化调度建模方法和优化调度算法。该算法约束条件少,求解简便,且模型物理意义与实际工况严格相符,具有较高的精度。仿真实验和运行情况表明:基于新优化算法的控制系统高效节能,运行稳定可靠。

Abstract:The paper presents a variable frequency speed regulation computer control system for long distance water supply process based on the operational situations and control performance requirement of a plant.It constitutes a testing and controlling network by applying PROFIBUS field bus technology and exchanges information by adopting SINAUT wireless communication devices.In the scheme,we proposed an optimal scheduling model and its solution algorithm for variable-pressure variable-flow operation of parallel connected pumps,which has few constrained conditions and can be resolved easily.The model is compatible with the actual operation exactly and has satisfactory precision.Simulation results and operational behavior show that such a control system that is based on the new optimal scheduling algorithm has high efficiency and good stability.
