| 摘 要： | 针对加热炉推钢机控制系统,寻找或是采取一种利用比较先进的控制理念、成熟的控制技术、 高质量的控制元器件,完全可以有效地解决制约生产节奏的瓶颈.该项目就是通过对带钢车间加热炉推钢机自动定位系统的应用与开发,大幅度提高设备的控制精度,降低设备故障停机时间、达到完全满足生产工艺的要求.

| Abstract: | For the control system of heating pusher,finding or adopting more advanced control idea,mature control technology and high-quality control components is to solve the bottleneck which restrict the rhythm of production.The subject is used to design and apply an automatic positioning system for heating pusher.Hence the control precision is substantially increased and the equipment downtime is reduced to meet the requirement of production technology completely. |
