摘    要:文章提出了PLC在电控系统应用中的可靠性问题,分析了电控系统的传统可靠性设计因素,针对PLC的特点,详细阐述了电磁兼容性设计、软件抗干扰设计、安全性设计、耐环境设计和冗余设计在提高PLC控制系统可靠性中的应用。

Abstract:This paper presents a problem of reliability for PLC applied to electric control system,and analyses the design factors of traditional reliability in the electric control system,and aims at the PLC characteristics,discusses the electromagnetic compatibility design,software anti-disturbance design,safety design,bear the environment design and redundancy design in the application which exalt reliability of the PLC control system.
