摘    要:能源危机促进了电动汽车的发展,作为其关键部件之一的电机驱动系统的可靠性直接影响着电动汽车的广泛应用.重点对电动汽车电机驱动系统可靠性进行分析.建立了电动汽车电机驱动系统可靠性串联模型.直流母线支撑电容、大功率电子器件、控制电路、轴承和绝缘的失效是电动汽车电机驱动系统的主要失效模式.基于已建立的可靠性模型,采用元器件应力分析法预计电动汽车电机驱动系统的可靠性.

Abstract:Energy crisis promotes the development of electric vehicles.As one of the key components of electric vehicles,the reliability of motor driving system directly influences the extensive use of the electric vehicle.The reliability of motor driving system in electric vehicles was analyzed.Reliability model in series of motor driving system in vehicle was established.The failures of bus capacitor, power electronic device,control circuit,bearing and insulation are the most parts of motor driving system in vehicle failure patterns.Based on the established reliability model,the reliability of motor driving system in electric vehicles was estimated by the component stress analysis method.
