自抗扰控制器技术在啤酒发酵罐温控中的应用

摘    要:为进一步提高啤酒发酵过程的温控质量并实现节能降耗,应用了自抗扰控制器(ADRC)技术于啤酒发酵温控调节系统中.通过对ADRC方程的局部调整和其参数的优选,实现了发酵罐温控过程既抑制温度的超调量又缩短调整时间,从而减轻了啤酒发酵罐罐壁结冰量,提高了控制质量并节约了能源及减少了消耗.还给出了应用的参数变化规律.

Abstract:For further raising the temperature control quality and the saving energy and reducing a drain on beer fermenting, the application of the temperature control system based on ADRC in brewing beer was intro-duced. Adjusting a minor part on ADRC equation and choosing more suitable parameters, it realizes really both restraining the maximum percent overshoot of temperature and shortening the regulated time on the course of temperature control. The icing in beer fermenting jar is reduced. The control quality is improved and the ener-gy is saved and a drain is reduced. The parameter changing regularity in the application is given.
