摘    要:针对一种基于座圈电机的直传式炮控系统中SVPWM调制死区导致逆变器输出电压发生畸变,从而引起电流和转矩波动,影响系统低速平稳性的问题,首先分析了座圈电机的设计与控制模型;然后从分析逆变器单相桥臂死区原理入手,讨论了电压矢量空间中驱动死区效应及其与三相电流方向的关系,并据此建立了死区效应的等效电压扰动形式;在此基础上提出了基于自抗扰技术的死区补偿控制策略。仿真与试验表明,该方法能够很好的抑制死区影响,有效减小电流和转矩波动,同时其算法简洁,易于工程实现。

Direct-transmission drive and dead time compensation control of tank gun control system
Abstract:In a direct transmission gun control system based on turret seat ring motor,the SVPWM modu-lation dead time causes the fluctuation of current and torque,which affects the low-speed stability.Aiming at the problems above,the design and the control model of turret seat ring motor were analyzed firstly.And then,the principle of dead time in single-phase bridge inverter,the effects of dead time in voltage vector space and its relationship with direction of three-phase current were discussed.On the basis of that,the e-quivalent voltage disturbance of dead time was built up and the compensation control method based on ac-tive disturbance rejection control technique was proposed.The simulation and test result shows that the in-fluences caused by the dead time were restrained and the fluctuation of current and torque were reduced soundly.And the method is simple and prone to realize in engineering.
