电动汽车用20kW开关磁阻电动机的设计与试验研究

摘    要:针对电动汽车的特殊要求,提出了确定开关磁阻电动机(SR电动机)技术指标的基本原则以及20kW电动车用SR电动机的技术指标;提出了加权综合的基本设计思想,选择了合理的结构形式;进行了电机优化设计、有限元分析和性能仿真,给出了仿真结果与试验结果的对比;结合路试情况,提出了一些有指导意义的结论。

Abstract:According to the specific requirement of electric vehicle(EV), the basic design ruleschoosing the technical target of switched reluctance motor (SRM) are presented and the technical target of the 20kW SRM used on EV is given. After a basic design idea is presented anda rational structure type is selected, the structure of the SRM is optimized. Then finite elementanalysis and performance simulations are carried out on the SRM. The simulated andexperimental results are given for comparison. Finally combined with the road test, some useful conclusions are drawn.
