交流永磁伺服系统控制策略研究

摘    要:电机控制方法主要有矢量控制和直接转矩控制两种控制方法。在系统控制结构、控制方法对系统硬件的要求、系统的控制性能等方面对两种控制方法做比较分析。结果表明,直接转矩控制方法对系统控制的硬件要求较高、低速性能较差、电机调速范围较窄,适用于速度变动范围不宽的调速系统。而使用矢量控制方法时,系统调速范围较宽,低速性能良好。根据永磁同步电机的自身特点,只有选择矢量控制方法才能满足交流永磁同步伺服系统的控制要求。

Abstract:There are two control projects of AC motors, which are vector control technlogy and direct torque control technology (DTC). They are compared in control system stritire, their requirements for hardware, control performances etc in this paper .The analysis shows that, the requirements of the system using DTC technology for the hardware are higher, the low-speed performances poorer, the speed adjusting range narrower than the system using vector control strategy, and the DTC technology can be applicable in the system in which the speed adjusting range is not wide. According to the characteristic of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo system, only the vector control technology can meet the control demands of the PMSM servo system.
