摘    要:针对数控技术的发展对运动控制系统的开放性、实时性、加工速度、精确度等性能指标提出了越来越高要求,运用基于前馈补偿的PID控制算法和时间分割插补原理,研究开发了基于USB2.0协议和DSP核心处理芯片的四轴交直流伺服电机运动控制器,并提供了丰富的动态链接库函,支持NURBS插补功能。仿真和实验结果表明,系统设计合理,具有实时性好,跟随误差小,加工精确度高等优点。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the performance of motor control system such as openness, real- time, machining accuracy and velocity is more and more important with the development of NC technology, a 4-axis AC/DC servo motor motion controller based on USB 2.0 protocol and DSP chip is researched and developed, adopting PID modulation with feedforward algorithm and time division interpolation principle. Abundant DLL functions are provided, including NURBS interpolation function. Results of simulation and experiments show that the open-type of good realtime performance, small following motion controller is reasonable in structure, with advantages errors, high machining accuracy, and so on.
