摘    要:同步相量测量装置(phasor measurement unit,PMU)是广域测量系统(wide-area measurement system,WAMS)的核心设备,为电网运行提供动态数据和故障信息,因此PMU数据的准确性、可靠性尤为重要。本文从PMU基础数据的可靠性和准确性角度,探讨了主站对PMU的运行管理体系和考核评价体系,实现动态数据的精细化管理。

Abstract:Phasor measurement unit(PMU) is the key equipment of wide-area measurement system(WAMS) , which provides dynamic data for the grid operation and fault information. Thus the accuracy and reliability of PMU datas is particularly important. This paper discusses main stations's operation management system and evaluation system, and the refinement of the dynamic data management.
