考虑经济调度的微电网规划模型

摘    要:在电网规划中,需考虑建设投资、运行成本等多方面因素,从而选择最优方案。微电网系统为保证运行成本最低,需对各种电源采取按照运行成本高低排序的策略进行经济调度。文章建立了微电网各种电源的投资、运行经济模型,以及基于经济调度策略的微电网规划模型,采用本模型,可以筛选微电网规划最优方案,做到系统全寿命周期范围内初始建设投资、运行成本、设备残值等综合成本最低。

Abstract:In the planning of electric grids, construction investment and operation cost should be considered to get the best scheme. In micro-grid, to reduce operation cost, economic dispatching scheme should be applied according to the Operation cost of different power resources. In this essay, investment and operation economic models of micro-grid power resources are given, and a micro-grid planning model considering economic dispatching is built. Using this model, best planning scheme of micro-grids can be got to minimize comprehensive cost composed of initial construc- tion cost, operation cost and equipment residual value.
