摘    要:在故障分析的基础上,提出一种新的输电线路单端全线故障速动保护判据。该判据利用非故障相上的故障电流分量的变化来判断对侧的保护动作情况,同时和故障相的距离保护相配合,构成全线相继速动保护。该判据在配置单相重合闸的线路和空载的情况发生故障有明显的优点。ATP仿真实验表明该判据灵敏度高、可靠性好。

Abstract:This paper proposes a new quick-acting protection criterion of transmission line using single-ended fault in- formation based on fault analysis. This protection criterion mainly accelerates the Ⅱ zone of distance protection and detect the trip of the circuit breaker at the opposite side of a transmission line or not using fault current component of non-fauh phase, at the same time cooperate the change rate of fault current component, composing the whole-line quick-acting protection. For allocating single-phase reclosing and no-load transmission line, the merit of this protec- tion criterion is explicit. Comparing of the criterion using second mutation of fault current, theoretical analysis proves its better sensitivity. The feasible of this protection program is verified by ATP simulation.
