冰区分布图绘制技术研究

摘    要:分析总结了电力系统覆冰雪灾害事故形成机理,调研了大量电力系统历史运行数据、气象数据和地形数据,以此为依据提出了冰区分布图的绘制依据,并绘制了京津唐冰区分布图。根据覆冰雪事故形成机理的不同,创新性地将冰区分布图区分为倒塔断线冰区图、覆冰雪闪络冰区图、线路舞动冰区图,所绘制的冰区图冰区划分合理,适应了规划、设计、运行等不同单位、部门对电网的建设和运行维护工作的不同需求。

Abstract:In this paper,according to research of accident in power system covered by ice and snow,we examined a large number of historical operating data of electric power system,meteorological data and terrain data,which we used as rendering basis to draw maps of categorizing icing zones including zoning map of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan.According to the difference of cause of power system accident under the ice and snow,we innovatively divided maps of categorizing icing zones into tower-down-and-line-break icing maps,flashover caused by snow and ice covered ic-ing zones map,and line dancing icing maps.The rendering of icing zones is reasonable and maps of categorizing ic-ing zones adapted to the planing,design,operation of various units and departments in buildingo,peration and mainte-nance of the grid.
