中贮式制粉系统热态调整技术研究

摘    要:由于一次风粉混合物温度变化的影响,中贮式制粉系统一次风速直接测量不易得到精确结果,造成该类型锅炉制粉系统的热态调整试验难以进行。为解决这一难题,根据电站锅炉一次风管内风粉流动的热平衡原理,提出通过测量混合点前后空气与煤粉温度,及混合点后动、静压来测量一次风速与煤粉浓度的软测量模型,并应用于某电厂中贮式制粉系统热态调整试验中,很好地解决了该厂过热器末端超温的问题。
