摘    要:通过研究移动式真空煤油汽相干燥的方案和流程,将变压器油箱改造为真空干燥室,并设计外置瀑布式双室蒸发器,采用集成设计和安装,成功研制出一套移动式真空煤油汽相干燥装置.此外,还获得了变压器油与煤油分离、变压器油箱加热保温等关键技术,解决了现场真空煤油汽相干燥的技术难题.

Abstract:In this paper, we discussed the drying method and process for mobile vapor phase vacuum drying plant which was successfully developed by innovatively transforming the transformer oil tank into vacuum drying chamber, by installing external double-chamber evaporator and using integrated design and installation. Besides, we also stud- ied some key technologies, such as technology to separate transformer oil from kerosene, heating and heat insulation of transformer oil tank etc. The difficulties with on-site vapor phase drying were totally solved.
