摘    要:树脂分离度是表征高速混床树脂再生程度的指标。基于电厂实际需要,结合高速混床离子交换树脂性能特点和离子交换水处理再生工艺,建立了一种凝结水精处理混床运行树脂再生度测试方法及系统。该系统对树脂样品中的杂质树脂实现了彻底分离,计量方法准确可靠,满足了电厂对凝结水精处理混床树脂分离度定量测定的实际需要。

Abstract:The resin separation degree is an important index used to evaluate resin regeneration level. Based on actual requirement of power plants, considering mixed bed performance features and ion exchange resin regeneration tech- nology,a determination method of operational resin separation degree was set up, and the corresponding measuring system was made. The impure resin in the sample was separated thoroughly in the system, the metering method was accurate and reliable, the system met the actual requriment for quantitative determination of resin separation degree of condensate polishing mixed bed at power plants.
