球头挂环疲劳试验方法研究

摘    要:电网金具的失效断裂直接影响着电网的安全运行,通过对近几年金具失效的分析和统计,发现由于球头挂环疲劳断裂而导致故障的几率远大于其他连接金具引起的故障。为考核材料疲劳性能,介绍了相应的疲劳试验,将球头挂环引入导线微风振动的试验的方法模拟其在输电线路上的实际运行。并利用金相分析技术来判定金属的性能,分析其失效破坏的原因。

Abstract:The grid fitting's failure and fracture directly affects the safe operation of power grid. A mass of analysis and statistic results showed that the chance led to failure due to fatigue fracture of the ball head hanging ring is much larger than that caused by the other link fittings and corresponding fatigue tests are necessary to estimate fatigue per- formance. In order to simulate the actual operation on its transmission lines,the ball head hanging ring will be introduced to conductor aeolian vibration test. Metallographic analysis technology is presented to determine the performance of the metal, and analyze the reasons of the destruction of failure.
