摘    要:高压断路器是电力系统最重要的控制和保护设备。高压断路器在正常运行中用于接通高压电路和断开负载,在发生事故的情况下用于切断故障电流,必要时进行重合闸。断路器的工作状况及绝缘状况如何,直接影响电力系统的安全可靠运行。在近期的测试工作中,通过加强断路器导电回路直流电阻测试过程的全面管控,在保证仪器接线正确,排除试验现场感应电压干扰的前提下,落实检查试验用测试线(尤其是电压测试线)是否接触良好,成功避免了因接触不良或断线造成测试数据错误,从而对断路器工作情况误判的情况发生,确保了电网安全、可靠、经济和稳定运行。

Abstract:High voltage circuit breaker is the most important control and protection device in power system. During normal operation,it is used to energize the HV circuit or disconnect load,or cut off fault current in case of accident or acts as re-closer when necessary. Therefore,the work condition or insulation of the circuit breaker will directly affect the safe and reliable operation of the power system. In recent tests, we successfully avoid the test data error resulted from poor contact or broken wire by inspecting and guarantee the test wire (especially wire for voltage) in good contact, provided that the circuit breaker contact resistance is completely under control, the wiring of related devices is correct and no interference occurs on the spot. So the safety, reliability and economic operation of the power grid could be guaranteed.
