| 摘 要： | 随着空气预热技术的不断发展,大型锅炉回转式空气预热器动静间隙和漏风率越来越小,对它的运行要求也越来越高。在一次锅炉停运过程中,发生了一起空气预热器摩擦卡涩事件,通过分析问题查找原因,提出了调整方法和防范措施,经实践证明非常有效,顺利解决了此类问题。

| Abstract: | With the development of the air preheater technology, the large boiler rotary air preheater clearance and leakage rate is smaller,the operational requirements are also stricter. During a shutdown of boiler process,the air preheater friction event happened. Through the analysis of the reasons, adjustment method and prevention measures were put forward. This is very effective proved by practice and successfully solve this kind of problem. |
