大规模风电基地风机脱网分析

摘    要:风电场的大规模建设,给电网规划和运行都带来了挑战。自2011年年初,各地风机大规模脱网事件频发。华北电网所辖风电场自1月1日至4月17日出现脱网超过300 MW的故障共计12次,给运行调度带来很大困难。文章以百万千瓦级风电基地佳鑫风电场35 kV线路故障引起的一次大规模风机脱网事件为例,详细分析了事故经过、事故原因,并对于防止此类事故的发生提出了建议。

Abstract:Wind farm construction in large scale brings challenges to power grid planning and operation. Since early 2011 ,large scale grid dropout of wind turbines occurred frequently in some areas. Wind farms in North China power grid had experienced 12 times of grid dropouts each with the capacity of more than 300 MW from January 1 to April 17 which brought great difficulty to the operation and dispatching of the power grid. Taking a large scale dropout of wind turbines caused by 35 kV lines fault in Jiaxin Wind Farm of a MW wind base as an example,this paper analyzed the causes and put forward some suggestions for preventing such accident.
