虚拟仪器在现场电气试验中的应用分析

摘    要:用于现场电气试验的虚拟仪器系统,一般由信号调理装置、数据采集卡和计算机组成。它不仅能满足现场电气测量的准确度要求,而且便于携带,易于操作,可以使现场接线清晰明确,提高现场安全系数。通过变更信号调理单元和修改软件的方法可以提高整个系统的硬件使用率。开发这种虚拟仪器系统,仅需专注于信号调理单元的设计和数据处理算法的研究。以发电机空载试验为例,简要叙述了虚拟仪器系统的硬件开发步骤和相应的软件流程。

Abstract:Virtual instrument system used for field electrical test generally consists of signal conditioning units (SCU),data acquisition devices and a computer.It can meet the accuracy requirement of field electrical test.It is also convenient for carrying and operating,makes the wire-connecting clearly and explicit,hence improves site security.The whole system can be upgraded for full use of the hardware by altering SCU and updating the software.The developer can concentrate on the design of SCU and the research of data-processing algorithm.As an instance,this paper essentializes the developing procedure of a virtual instrument system used for generator open-circuit saturation curve test.
