湿法烟气脱硫系统脱硫效率的建模与仿真

摘    要:石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫在我国火电站脱硫中占有重要地位。在脱硫工艺原理的基础上,建立了湿法烟气脱硫效率模型,探讨了模型中参数的确定方法;基于Matlab程序编程仿真,研究了液气比、pH、入口SO2浓度和入口烟气温度对湿法脱硫效率的影响。模型的建立对于优化脱硫工艺及电厂脱硫人员培训具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Wet desulfurization occupies an important status in thermal power station's flue gas desulfurization system in china. Based on the principle of wet flue gas desulfurization technology, the mathematical model of wet desulfurization efficiency was established in this paper. The method of how to determine the parameters in the model was also discussed. The influence of liquid-gas ratio, pH ,entrance SO2 concentration and flue gas temperature on desulfurization efficiency was studied based on simulation by Matlab programming. Establishment of models has some directive meaning to optimize desulfurization technology and to train electrical operation personnel.
