摘    要:为了控制以Cl-含量高的软水为水源的循环冷却水系统的铜材凝汽器腐蚀,进行了腐蚀阻垢试验和综合治理。试验结果为在软水率为70%、循环冷却水Cl-含量为380 mg/L的水质条件下,只要阻垢剂量和铜缓蚀剂量达到4 mg/L,则能兼顾铜材腐蚀速度小于0.005 mm/a和极限浓缩倍数大于5.0的要求;硫酸亚铁成膜后,铜材腐蚀速度降低了57.65%,淤泥磨蚀速度下降了51.25%。并得到了通过调整软水率、控制浓缩倍数、凝汽器成膜、添加铜缓蚀剂,以及采取其他综合防腐措施,可以实现铜材凝汽器在Cl-含量不超过380 mg/L的条件下安全运行的结论。

Abstract:In order to comprehensively control the corrosion of copper condensers in the recirculation cooling water system fed by soft water which has a high Cl-concentration,anti-corrosion and scale-inhibition experiments were conducted.Results showed that when the soft water proportion was 70% and the Cl-concentration was 380 mg/L,the rate of cooper corrosion could be less than 0.005 mm/a and the critical concentration multiple could be greater than 5.0 if dose of sludge inhibitor and copper corrosion inhibitor reached 4 mg/L;after the formation of the FeSO4 protection film,the rate of cooper corrosion could be decreased by 57.65% and the rate of sludge corrosion by 51.25%.Conclusions were obtained that safety operation of condensers with a Cl-concentration less than 380 mg/L could realized together with adjustment of soft water proportion,control over concentration multiple,usage of condenser protection film,accession of cooper corrosion inhibitors and other comprehensive measures for anti-corrosion.
