摘    要:由于螺杆泵损失小,经济性能好,压力范围广,流量均匀连续,转速高,振动小,噪音低,故在电厂调节系统中经常使用。但同时,由于螺杆的加工和装配要求较高,泵的性能对液体的粘度变化比较敏感,稍有不慎,不仅得不到满意的运行效果,而且会导致泵的噪音和振动,甚至严重损坏泵的内部零件,使泵系统不能正常工作。文章较全面地介绍了五强溪1号机组调速器螺杆泵在运行中出现的故障、分析以及处理过程。

Abstract:As the screw pump has low loss, good economic performance, wide range of pressure, uniform and continuous flow, high speed, low vibration and noise, therefore it is widely used in power plant regulation system. At the same time, screw machining and assembly requires high precision, pump performance is sensitive to the changes in liquid viscosity, a slightest mistake will not only affect the running effect, but also cause noise and vibration of the pump, and even bring serious damages to the pump internal parts. This paper describes in detail the analysis and treatment of screw pump failure for unit I governor of Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station.
