| Abstract: | By combining fuzzy control theroy and linear optimal control theroy, This paper presents a method for design of the fuzzy adaptive excitation controller by using fuzzy inference The fuzzy adaptive excitation controller can modify its parameters by the variety of the operating points of the controlled generator, So it is very robust Because the feed-back gains are obtained by linear optimal control, The controller has some optimality and stability Digital simulating results for a single mechine-infinite bus power system show that the dynamic quality of the system is effectively improved by using proposed contoller |
