直流电压前馈控制数字逆变电源设计与实现

摘    要:针对双环控制逆变电源在直流侧电压扰动时输出电压波形畸变、幅值变化的问题,设计了一种直流电压前馈控制逆变器,分析了利用输入电压解耦方法消除扰动的前馈控制原理。采用HPWM(Hybrid Pulse Width Modulation)调制方式,设计实现了基于DSP的全数字式低谐波逆变电源方案。仿真和实验结果表明,该逆变电源能输出较理想的正弦波形电压,逆变电源在输入直流电压扰动下,有很好的正弦输出波形和稳定的幅值,4个开关管均能实现零电压开通和关断,系统具有良好的动、静态特性。

Abstract:A DC feedforward control inverter is designed following the analysis of problems of wave distortion and amplitude change of output voltage resulting from voltage turbulence on the DC side of doubleloop control inversion power supply. Feedforward control principle is analysed to erase turbulence applying input voltage decoupling. Whole-digital low harmonic inversion power supply scheme based on DSP is realized by adopting the HPWM modulation. Simulation and experimental results show that the inversion power supply can put out ideal sine wave voltage, can realize excellent sine output wave and stable amplitude value under the DC turbulence, and four switches can all realize zero voltage switch on-and-off, which demonstrate that the system enjoys excellent dynamic and static features.
