寄生电感在超级电容均衡系统中影响的研究

摘    要:针对轨道交通再生制动能量回馈吸收利用系统的超级电容器储能系统,设计了基于DC/DC变换器的馈能型均衡电路。由于系统工作在高频状态,以及超级电容拥有的特殊性:较大的容值和一个很小的漏感,在工作时就会产生一个明显的谐振,谐振的存在会严重影响系统的稳定性和可靠性。本文具体分析了整个系统中谐振的产生机理,建立模型,对工作中产生的谐波大小进行分析,最后进行了实验,验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:For rail transit regenerative braking energy feedback absorption utilization system of super capacitor energy storage system, we designed a feed- based energy- balancing circuit DC / DC converter. Since the system operates in high frequencies and super capacitor has its own particularity: the larger capacitance and a small leakage inductance. These will have a significant resonance at work. Resonant presence will seriously affect the stability and reliability of the system. This article detailed analysis of the mechanism of resonance of the entire system, modeled on the size of the work generated harmonics are analyzed, and finally carried out experiments to verify the theoretical analysis.
