基于DS18B20的高分辨率温度数据采集

摘    要:介绍了新型单总线结构温度传感器DS18B20的诸多高性能特点、内部结构及控制时序;在此基础上,建立以C8051F020单片机为处理器结合DS18B20构成了一个温度测量系统,并介绍其硬件组成和软件设计,指出软件编程的重点部分以及获得高分辨率的设定方法;最后使用该系统在较稳定的环境温度下实际测量环境温度,使用MF℃编写上位机接受程序,根据串口传至PC的数据,得到实验结果,将实验室数据进行制图证明温度采集系统分辨率达0.0625℃。该装置适于人们日常生活、工业生产和科学研究领域对温度测量的需要。

Abstract:The internal structure and timing control of new 1-Wire temperature sensor DS18B20 with a number of highperformance features are introduced. On this basis, the C8051F020 MCU processor combined DS18B20 constitutes a temperature measurement system. Its hardware composition and software design are introduced. The focus of software programming and the access to high-resolution are pointed out. Finally,actual temperature is acquired by the system in more stable environment. According to the data from PC serial by MFC programming, the figure is draw to prove temperature resolution of 0. 0625℃. The device is suitable for daily life of people, industrial production and scientific research in the field of temperature measurement.
