摘    要:研究设计了一种新在线监测煤尘的装置,以单片机系统作为主控制器,采用煤尘样本采集模块和煤尘图像传感模块等部件作为探测器。在图像采集控制单片机的协调下由探测器获取煤尘显微图像并压缩,通过光缆将压缩后的图像传输到地面监控中心,由服务器解压缩后显示煤尘图像并给出煤尘粒径分布、长短径比、圆度等检测结果。本设计采用了实时抽气取样并显微观测的新方法,改进了传统煤尘测量定时定点的缺陷,实现实时采集煤尘样本、显示煤尘显微图像、监测煤尘粒径分布。

Abstract:An instrument for on-line coal dust measurement are developed,it regards SCM system as the main controller,coal dust collector(CDC)and coal dust micro-image sensor(CDMIS)as detector.Under the control of SCM,coal dust particles micro-images are got and compressed by CDC and CDMIS,these images are transmitted to ground control center through optical cable,coal dust micro-images are decompressed,and detection results which include coal dust particle size,aspect ratio and circularity distribution are showed in ...
