局域表面等离子体共振光谱的获取

摘    要:金属纳米粒子膜表现出来的局域表面等离子体共振效应,成为一个快速发展的领域,被广泛的应用在化学传感器和生物传感器.局域表面等离子体共振光谱的获取是关键的技术支持.本文介绍了制作金属纳米粒子膜的方法、局域表面等离子体共振的原理以及光路设计,最终获取了纳米粒子膜的局域表面等离子体共振光谱.从获取的光谱中可以得到吸收峰值波长,波谱宽度等有效的光学参数.

Abstract:The localized Surface Plasmon Resonance Effect on metal nano-paticle thin film, widely used in biosensor and chemosensory, becomes a fast developing field. The way to obtain Spectrum based on Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance is the key technology to support. This paper introduces the principle of Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance, and a fabrication technique of nano-particle film is also presented. To finally obtain the Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance spectrum, one effective optical route is designed. At Last, the quantity of spectrum is shown, in which the effective coefficient such as absorbing wavelength peak value and so on can be obtained.
