摘    要:为了实现测量过程的自动化,提出了基于线阵CCD的工件外尺寸测量装置的设计方法。采用单片机为核心,并结合液晶智能显示终端,实现了工件外尺寸的非接触式在线测量和实时传输显示。利用光学成像原理,设计搭建了对应的光学系统;根据线阵CCD的工作原理,设计了信号处理硬件电路;为了实现自动化和智能测试,编写了相关的软件程序,同时对可能出现的异常进行了预警处理;最终进行了系统装置的封装测试。实验结果表明,该装置结构简单,测量结果准确,精度达到了微米级测量要求。

Abstract:In order to realize automatic measurement,a novel geometry size measuring device based on the linear array CCD is designed.Using single chip microcomputer as the core,combined with the intelligent liquid crystal display terminal,to realize the non-touching,on-line measurement of the devices' geometry size and the real-time transmission display.Based on the optical imaging theory,the corresponding optical system is designed and constructed;according to the working principle of linear array CCD,its signal processing hardware circuit is designed;to realize automatic and intelligent measurement,the relevant software is written and compiled;finally the system is packaged and the measurement tests are carried out.The experimental results show that the device has the advantages of simple structure,accurate measurement result and high precision.
