油气管道通径仪数据分析系统

摘    要:本文介绍了油气管道通径仪的原理,组成以及用Delphi平台开发的数据分析系统.利用Delphi的文件操作以及数据库管理功能对通径仪硬件得到的二进制数据进行分析处理,可以自动得到管道的变径信息,这一过程对用户透明.这些几何变形信息均能以地面标记器为参照精确定位.本文还开发了一个图形类,使得管道直径信息可以更好地回放显示,界面美观,操作灵活.本套系统已经成功地被中石油管道技术公司采用.

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure and principle of gas-oil pipeline diameter detector.The implementation about diameter analysis system of gas-oil pipeline under Delphi is expatiated.Using file processing and data-base management of Delphi,original binary data gained by pipeline diameter detector can be auto-analyzed and then generate information about diameter change.The information can pinpoint refer to above ground markers.The author has developed a new graph class that can show pipeline diameter info rmation by chart perfectly.This system has already been used by pipeline Technology Company.
