机动车尾气在线测量取样气路设计

摘    要:机动车高温尾气流量和预处理后样气流量是测量机动车尾气中COx、NOx、THC等气体成分含量时的重要参数.基于伯努利原理和流体连续性方程,详细讨论了高温尾气的质量流量测量方案;以改进型皮托管、热电偶、压力计和压差计为检测器件,设计了尾气质量流量测量气路;以改进型孔板、压差计为检测器件,设计了预处理后样气质量流量测量气路;同时以MSP430为核心设计了电子测量电路;实验对比结果显示,系统可以准确的得到机动车尾气质量流量和预处理后的样气质量流量,其中机动车尾气质量流量偏差小于2.9%,预处理后的样气质量流量偏差小于1.2%.

Abstract:High temperature exhaust gas flow and vehicle pretreated sample gas flow are important parameters in measuring vehicle exhaust such as COx,NOx,THC content of gas components.The scheme is based on Bernoulli's principle and Fluid continuity equation,and then high temperature exhaust mass flow measurement solution is discussed.With improved Pitot tube,thermocouple,pressure gauge and differential pressure gauge in terms of the difference detection devices is designed exhaust gas mass flow measurement path.In the improved orifice and differential pressure gauge for the detection devices is designed pretreated sample gas mass flow measurement gas path.While MSP430 is chosen as the core to design the electronic measuring circuit.Experimental comparison results show that system can accurately obtain motor vehicle exhaust gas mass flow and pretreated sample gas mass flow and vehicle exhaust mass flow deviation is less than 2.9%,sample gas mass flow deviation is less than 1.2%.
