摘    要:为采集轴承加速疲劳寿命及可靠性试验过程中的数据,开发了1套基于虚拟仪器的测试系统。该系统使用NI公司M系列数据采集卡和调理模块,测试软件采用LabVIEW开发,能够在试验全过程中采集试验全过程轴承振动和温度信号。介绍了轴承加速疲劳试验台架的工作原理,并详细介绍了测试系统的硬件和软件结构,为开发类似系统提供了参考。此外还展示了利用该测试系统采集的1组轴承加速疲劳试验数据及其分析结果,描述了轴承疲劳失效过程中轴测振动测试数据的变化过程。

Abstract:To collect the bearing accelerated fatigue data, a test system based on virtual instrument is set up. The test system hardware contains NI M series DAQ cards and SCXI signal condition card. The software is developed using LabVIEW. The test system can collect the vibration and temperature signal of the whole cycle of the bearing test. The operating principle and the hardware and software architecture of test system are illustrated in order to provide a guideline for other test system development. At the end of the paper,a set of accelerated fatigue bearing vibration data are shown with the analysis results, which describes the features the bearing fatigue process.
