锁相环频率源的杂散干扰分析与仿真

摘    要:推导了杂散干扰抑制比与频率源频率稳定度之间的关系式,预测出该杂散干扰在频率源输出频率上引起的频率波动情况。建立了锁相环(PLL)频率源的ADS(advanced design system)仿真模型,验证了该关系式的正确性及其预测频率波动情况的准确性。最后通过频率源压控振荡器(VCO)电源端施加干扰模型的仿真,分析了频率源对其抑制情况。
