自动搜索谐振频率的洁牙机驱动电源设计

摘    要:针对洁牙机驱动电源难以搜索到换能器谐振点、振荡不稳定、不能长时间工作的状况,设计通过STC89LE516AD单片机控制输出步进的频率值,根据电流的反馈值来搜索换能器的谐振频率,驱动电源以搜索到的频率进行工作,同时实时监控工作点的漂移情况,由STC89LE516AD单片机对工作点进行有效的调节,使系统始终处于最佳工作点,在单片机的控制及TL494的配合下设计出超声洁牙机电路与控制软件。实验结果表明自动搜索到的频率处于谐振频带,并且能长时间连续工作。

Abstract:It is difficult for dental descaler driving power supply to scan and search for resonance point of the transducer,hard to remain resonance stable,unable to use under long-firing operation,concerning about this fact,the essay studies from the stepper output of frequency controlled by STC89LE516AD chip,driving power searches the resonant frequency of the transducer based on the feedback current value,and works under this frequency,monitors the operating point drift at the same time,that means STC89LE516AD chip will regulate the operating point to ensure this system runs smoothly,with the control of single-chip microcomputer (SCM) and the help of TL494 we have made the Dental descaler and its control software.Experimental results indicate that the frequency which is searched lies within resonant frequency band,and also enables to make dental descaler work under long-firing operation.
