基于微控制器的汽车空调控制系统

摘    要:以微型计算机为控制中心,利用各种传感器对车内外气候条件,以及制冷压缩机的开、停状况,制冷循环有关部门的温度、制冷剂压力等多参数进行实时检测,并结合控制面板送来的信号,对压缩机的开停状况、送风模式、送风温度作及时的调整和修正。系统的自动除霜的功能采用湿度传感器,显著地增加了汽车驾驶的安全性。该系统在可靠性方面有着明显的优越性,系统掉电后重新开机,系统能够保持上次工作状态不变。空调的功能性、舒适性、经济性都依靠控制器对空调内部各个电子部件合理控制实现。

Abstract:Based on micro-compute control center,kinds of sensors are used to detect the weather conditions, as well as the open or stop condition of the refrigeration compressor, and the temperature of the relevant departments of the refrigeration. By the signal which sent by the control panel, work condition and the wind temperature and mode can be adjusted and amended timely. The function of the automatic defrost uses the humidity sensor, significantly increase the safety of the car driving. The system has obvious advantage in terms of reliability, and it can maintain the last state. The achievement of function, comfort and economy of air-condition are relying on the reasonable control of the various electronic components.
