| 摘 要： | 为了完成对微波电路网络的频率特性测试,本文阐述了基于虚拟仪器的频率特性测试软件平台的设计实现,介绍了应用此平台的数字频率特性测试系统的组成原理,该软件平台基于Lab Windows/CVI实现,通过主机串口与硬件接口通信,它包含丰富的测量功能,还应用了对发送数据优化组合和对接收数据修正误差的方案。测试实际电路的结果表明,基于此平台的虚拟数字测试仪可以很好地完成频率特性测试,并且操作方便、测量精度高,具有很强的实用性和扩展性。
