低功耗有源RFID标签设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一种低功耗有源RFID标签,从硬件电路设计和软件设计两个方面降低了有源RFID标签的功耗。设计中给出了RFID有源标签的总体构架、工作原理及软件结构框图。标签基于MSP430系列超低功耗单片机进行控制,并结合NRF24XX系列射频芯片,实现信号的调制解调;标签采用两种工作模式,在保证正常工作的同时有效地降低了功耗,并可对供电电池进行非接触式充电,大幅度延长了标签使用寿命,提高了标签识别的可靠性。这种标签可广泛应用于装备管理和仪器设备跟踪方面。

Abstract:This paper designed a kind of Low-power active tag.Trough the design of the hardware and the software,it decreases the power consumption of active tags.The overall framework,principle and Software architecture diagram of the active RFID tag is given in this paper.The tag controls the work based on the MSP430 family of ultra-low power microcontroller,and realizes signal's modulation and demodulation with the RF chip of NRF24XX.This tag has two kinds of work modes,which effectively reduces the power consumption while ensuring the normal operation.This tag could charge the battery by wireless,which could lengthen the life of tag greatly,and improve the reliability of tag identification.This kind of tag could be widely used in equipment management and equipment tracking.
