磁流变液阻尼器的电流驱动器设计与实验测试

摘    要:针对汽车磁流变液阻尼器的应用环境,结合磁流变液阻尼器的阻抗特性和励磁要求,建立了励磁电流源分析模型,并进行了计算机仿真研究。在选择合理的电路参数的基础上,构建了实际的电路系统,研究了其动态特性,进行了一系列的实验。实验表明,驱动电流源是线性可控的,输出励磁电流在0~4A内连续可调,在单位阶跃输入条件下,研制的电流源上升响应时间和下降响应时间均小于3.0ms。

Abstract:In this paper,aiming at the applying environment of automotive magneto-rheological (MR) fluid damper,the analysing model of electric current driver is set up based on its impedance behaviour and magnetic-excitation requirements,moreover its performances is simulated by computer.The practical circuit system is designed and fabricated based on the parameters being chosen reasonably,and dynamic response of the circuit system is tested.The test results indicates that the circuit system is linearly controllable and its output electric current could be continuously ranged from 0 to 4 A,both the response time of activation and the response time of deactivation are less than 3.0 millisecond under unit-step input control signal.
