无线接收机电路系统的复杂网络特性及可靠性分析

摘    要:本文从复杂网络这一新型交叉学科的视角研究了一个无线接收机电路系统,给出了反映电路系统节点(即电子元器件)与之对应的连接(即导线)度函数关系,以及节点连接度的概率分布函数曲线,确认连接度分布是一个带有指数截断的幂律分布。证明了该电路系统的网络拓扑具有短的平均路长和高簇类系数的"小世界"特点,并从电路设计的角度说明了需要使用不同的短距离连接和集成电路把各个单元模块电路互连在一起。最后应用统计物理学中的逾渗理论进一步分析了电路的可靠性,对其鲁棒性和脆弱性之间的关系进行了仿真分析,为电路的优化设计提供理论指导。

Abstract:Wireless receiver circuit is discussed.The paper gives out the function of degree which reflects the relationship between network nodes and its corresponding.The curve of the probability distribution of the degree is also presented.By analyzing the statistical features of network connectivity distribution,it was confirmed that the degree distribution is power-law with sharp cutoffs.It is shown that this analogical circuit exhibits small world behavior,such as short average path length and high clustering coefficient.We explained that the consequences for circuit design are to use different short distance connectivity and integrated circuit modules on various circuits interconnection.Finally,the reliability analysis is given.The relationship between the circuit robustness and fragility is analyzed and it is useful to provide theoretical guidance of circuit design optimization.
