| 摘 要： | 文中在分析目前ＰＣＢ测试问题的基础上，提出了一种可测性设计的新方法。该方法综合应用了边界扫描界位技术，可以提高电路的可控性和可观察性，进而改善了ＰＣＢ的可测性。
