DDS在振动计量校准中的应用

摘    要:DDS技术具有频率分辨率高、转换速度快、相位连续等其他频率合成方法无可比拟的优势。本文根据振动测量对信号源的要求,进行了硬件电路设计和软件编程,采用单片机作为控制器,把DDS技术成功应用于振动计量领域。实验结果表明,输出信号具有较高的频率稳定度和幅值稳定度,在0.1Hz~10kHz的频率范围内,信号失真度小于0.02%,其性能指标完全满足振动计量对信号源的要求。

Abstract:DDS technology has more advantage than other synthesizers,such as high frequency resolution and fast conversion and continuity in phase.According to the requirement of the vibration calibration device,hardware and software are designed and programmed in this paper.By using single chip to control AD9852 DDS technology is successfully used in vibration measurement application.The experimental results show that the signal of the output has high frequency stability and amplitude stability,between frequency ranges from 0.1 Hz to 10 kHz the signal distortion is less than 0.02%.These indicators fully meet the requirements of vibration calibration device.
