基于LabVIEW的可控温LED电参数自动测试系统

摘    要:基于NI公司的LabVIEW 8.2设计了一套可控温功率LED电参数自动测试系统,解决了仪器手动操作测量既繁琐费时又容易出错的问题,可自动测量样品在不同温度下的伏安特性,并同步显示测量数据和曲线。利用PID运算调节温度控制的精度,提高了测量结果的准确性和可靠性。并利用本系统对LED的正向电压与温度的关系进行了实验研究,发现在恒定电流下,温度较高时正向电压与温度成反比关系,温度较低时正向电压随温度减小而突然急剧增大。
