超声换能器电阻抗特性研究

摘    要:为了研究超声换能器在发射和接收超声信号时电阻抗的特性,对超声检测系统中的超声信号发射和接收过程进行建模分析,研究了电缆特性对换能器电阻抗的影响,推导了换能器在发射和接收超声信号时电阻抗的计算公式和考虑电缆特性时的电阻抗计算公式,研究了换能器在发射和接收超声信号时电阻抗的关系。分析和实验表明,电缆特性对换能器电阻抗有很大影响;换能器在发射和接收超声信号时的电阻抗相等。

Abstract:In order to study the characters of ultrasonic transducer's electrical impedance in the state of generation and reception.The model of ultrasonic signal generation process and reception process in the ultrasonic test system is analyzed.The cabling character effects acting on the transducer are discussed.The calculation formulas of the transducer's electrical impedances in the state of generation and reception and of taking into consideration of cabling character effects are investigated.The relation of the transducer's electrical impedances at generation and reception is studied.It is shown that the cabling character affects the transducer's electrical impedance and the transducer's electrical impedances are equivalent when it generates and receives ultrasonic wave by analysis and experiments.
