| 摘 要： | 针对传统测试方法所存在的局限性,根据线性增压载流子瞬态谱(CELIV)这一原理,以LabVIEW8.60为平台设计半导体载流子迁移率测试系统.介绍了系统的硬件、软件构成,详细介绍了软件的设计及功能实现.测试结果表明,该系统具有较好的数据采集、数据保存、显示功能与可操作性,同时软件具有参数设置灵活、可二次开发等优点.
