摘    要:装甲车辆原位检测仪是1台对装甲车辆电气系统的各分系统进行性能检测的仪器.为了装甲车辆原位检测仪能适应野外的工作环境,需要检测仪具有很好的可靠性、可维修性.主要对检测仪系统进行了可靠性的建模,确定了评价因数,计算出检测仪所选用的器件能够满足系统可靠性指标的要求.同时,对系统的可维修性的设计、可靠性、任务可靠度进行了分析....

Abstract:In the field environment,test instrument for armored vehicles need to have reliability and maintainability.Mainly builds the reliability model of the system,confirms the estimate factor,the apparatus used in test instrument can satisfy the need of the system reliability target.At the same time,analysing the design of the system reliability and maintainability.
